CLINICAL

Senior Clinician  /  Full Time

SUMMARY:   Provide direct clinical care, psycho-education, and supervision as required, training and administrative duties.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Performed with or without an accommodation)

Provide outpatient counseling services for individuals, couples, families and groups (including substance abuse/suboxone).

Coordinate delivery of services for suboxone programming.

Provide oversight for substance abuse services, including conducting urine tox screenings and doing corresponding paperwork.

Make recommendations and provide referrals for any collateral services as necessary. Follow up and coordinate services with other agencies as indicated.

Attend and participate in BHC team/department meetings, case conferences, peer supervision and individual supervision.

Complete all required documentation in a timely manner. Review records for quality assurance and utilization review.

Provide supervision for staff and student interns.

Provide emergency walk-in coverage and after hour’s coverage on a rotating basis with other BHC staff.

Maintain all required credentialing for Massachusetts professional license.

Other related duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or other related field. A minimum of two years of supervised substance abuse counseling and one year of clinical experience in a supervising role in a substance abuse treatment program required. Massachusetts license for a LICSW/LMHC/Ph.D required. Knowledge of urban ethnically diverse populations and clinical issues required.

Dental Director  /  Full Time

SUMMARY:  Will oversee all dental operations, including patient care, supervision of dental staff, budget management, and compliance with regulatory agencies/requirements (eg OSHA, DPH) development and implementation of policies and procedures governing all aspects of dental operations, infection control, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, patient complaints and incident reporting. Responsible for ensuring high quality and efficient delivery of dental services.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide leadership and supervision to the dental department staff.

Ensures that the department is providing RoxComp patients with professional, high quality dental treatment and education.

Provide training to dental staff following RoxComp’s policies and procedures.

Supervising all dental activities affecting your assigned patients including: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, admit patients to an appropriate hospital when necessary and make appropriate referrals.

Keeping and maintaining (or causing to be kept and maintained) appropriate records relating to all professional services rendered hereunder in a form acceptable to RoxComp.

Ensures the department’s compliance with all quality assurance requirements, performance indicators and productivity standards that are promulgated by RoxComp or its public agency funders.

Prepares the fiscal operating budget and oversees compliance with the budget.

Undertaking appropriate administrative assignments, including attendance at all departmental, all staff, and providers meetings and quality assurance meetings, except when on leave or excused by your supervisor.

Maintains all necessary professional credentialing and maintains all current professional licenses to practice in the State of Massachusetts.

Perform peer review/quality of care activities.

Participate in evening, weekend and on-call rotation.

Participate in staff and professional conferences.

Other related professional duties as assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited College or University. Certification by the Board of American Dental Association. A current Massachusetts Dental License, DEA, Mass Control Substance License and CPR certification required. 5 years of work experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. Knowledge of electronic dental practice system and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
