You may begin the registration process by calling the health center Monday through Friday during business hours. You will be required to come to the health center to sign necessary paperwork to complete this process.

Is parking available?
Yes. RoxComp has two parking lots: one on the Warren Street side of the health center and one on Townsend Street beside the health center and across from Latin Academy.

Are interpreter services offered and if so in what languages?
Yes. RoxComp staff serve as interpreters and speak many languages including, Spanish, French, Korean, Swahili, Ibo, West African, Kuyu, Creole, Mende, and Haitian Creole.

Is someone available on-site to answer questions about my insurance?
Financial counselors are available to answer all insurance questions.

Does the health center have a volunteer program?
No, not at this time.

What do I do when the health center is closed and I am sick?
RoxComp providers are on call and still available when the health center is closed. After hours, patients should call the health center’s main number. These calls will be answered by RoxComp’s answering services and directed to the appropriate provider or member of our nursing triage team who will return your call.

Can I walk in and see a provider?
Patients are strongly encouraged to schedule a same day visit to minimize delays in being seen. Patients who arrive at the health center without a scheduled appointment will be triaged by a nurse. Every effort will be made to see walk-in patients in a timely manner, based on their health care needs.

If I don’t have insurance will I be seen?
Yes, it is part of our mission to serve the uninsured and the underinsured. However at the time of the visit patients will be encouraged to complete a Mass Health application. A financial counselor will be available to help patients complete this application.
